Where we ship from
All online orders are dispatched from our factory in Napier.

Dispatch times
Orders received by 9:30am on a business day are dispatched that same day.
Orders received after the 9:30am cutoff are dispatched next business day

We do our best to get every order out the door as fast as we can. We're a busy factory, and a lot of our formulations rely on premium ingredients sourced here in New Zealand and from overseas. Every now and then those imported ingredients get delayed, and that can hold up dispatch on affected products. If it happens to your order, we'll do what we can to keep you in the loop.

Track & Trace
You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order is ready for collection by the courier.

Small buckets: buy 4, freight's free
Our small buckets come in 2.5kg, 3.5kg and 4kg sizes. Buy any 4 of them, in any combination, and freight is free, rural addresses included, no surcharge.

Fewer than 4 small buckets? Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery region.

Large buckets: always free shipping
Our large buckets, 12.5kg, 17.5kg and 20kg, ship free every time. No minimum order needed, rural addresses included, no surcharge.

These aren't sold through our online store. You can pick them up at your local Farm Source store, or get in touch with your Ruminant Nutrition Specialist if you've got questions.
